Developer
The project was developed by Dubai Properties Group, founded in 2002. In 2016, the developer commissioned more than 3,000 residential units, including 2,900 residential units in Dubailand and 124 residential units in Dubai Wharf.
The developer also commissioned a 420-apartment Riverside building. This is the first of 4 residential towers that Dubai Properties intends to build in Business Bay on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal.
