On August 30, the presentation of the Mudon Al Ranim community will be held at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai from 9 am to 17 pm. This is the first appearance of a new community in the Dubai real estate market, since construction was started very recently – in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
The community will consist of townhouses with three or four bedrooms and villas of about the same size, but already owned by only one family. The houses will be located next to Mudon Al Ranim Park, which will become the semantic center of the district. The main filling of the district's infrastructure will be gyms, swimming pools, basketball and volleyball courts, spas and other ways to keep yourself in good physical and mental shape.
So far, the cost of a townhouse in the three-bedroom project stage is about 2 025 000 AED (about 550,000 $). The community is planned to be commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2025, but investments in this project can and should be planned now. Real estate in Dubai at the construction stage is usually offered cheaper, besides, the developer offers a profitable purchase loan program with uniform payments before the house is put into use.
