Property Finder Award is the most prestigious real estate award in the United Arab Emirates. It is awarded by the administration of the leading real estate website in the UAE and Dubai www.propertyfinder.ae annually since 2014. This award is designed to identify the best developers, agents and brokers working in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai in particular. Its results are followed by everyone who is interested in real estate in the UAE.
This year, the award ceremony was held on November 10 at the prestigious Armani Hotel, located in perhaps the most famous landmark in Dubai – the Burj Khalifa Tower. However, the preparation for determining the winners took place long before that day – the applicants for each nomination spoke to the jury for several weeks with presentations of their projects and plans for the future. Data on the activities of one or another applicant for the whole of last year were also taken into account.
In total, six nominations were announced in the award – from the best real estate company to the Person of the Year in real estate. One of the most honorable is the nomination «The Best Project of the Year in Dubai», and it was in it that Dubai Properties, together with Meraas, received the main prize for the Madinat Jumeirah Living community in the Jumeirah district. The long-awaited area with 60 diverse buildings is considered one of the most anticipated novelties in the Dubai real estate market, and the high award from Property Finder only confirmed the high reputation of both the area itself and its developers.
